The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is not far from the tram station and close to many landmarks. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit the major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to start the day off right.
There were some issues with the cleaning service in the beginning, but the hotel addressed the problem promptly and rectified it.

Clean and spacious room with AC and fridge. Friendly and quick hotel staff. Excellent location with nearby bus and metro stations and walking distance to main attractions. Would book again!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a good cooling system. The hotel staff, especially the young boy at reception, was helpful and made me feel at home. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the main attractions and within a 10-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultan Ahmet, and Ayasofia. The public transportation was also nearby. this hotel provided a comfortable and fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely and clean hotel in the heart of the city. The staff, especially Charli and Mano, were helpful and went out of their way to assist with directions and queries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent showers to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with a special mention to Gulcan for her amazing omelettes. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore Sultan Ahmet and enjoy local cafes and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This hotel is in a really good area for sightseeing in Sultanahmet. It's located in a real neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were perfect for our needs. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a great bonus.
Only one small thing could be improved, but overall everything was ok.
